In combination with international certification standards such as ISO and IATF16949, a full-link quality control system from raw material inbound to finished product outbound is established. Each batch of products must pass multiple inspections such as appearance and performance, ensuring that the produced automotive film products meet the compliance requirements of the global market and consolidating the technical defense line for product quality.

Backed by over 50 patents, the R&D team quickly delivers solutions for different products: for instance, PPF adopts Lubrizol TPU base material + nano scratch-resistant coating formula; Color PPF achieves color fastness standards through multi-layer dyeing process; window tint film optimizes ceramic particle distribution to enhance heat insulation performance. Simultaneously, 1-2㎡ samples are provided for testing—customers can verify PPF’s tensile strength, Color PPF’s weather resistance, and window tint film’s heat insulation effect until the solution is confirmed.
4 specialized production lines are allocated for specific products: PPF production lines focus on base material extrusion and coating precision control; Color PPF production lines add color calibration links; window tint film production lines strengthen heat insulation layer lamination processes. The entire process complies with ISO/IATF16949 standards—for example, random inspection of anti-yellowing performance for each PPF roll, batch testing of color difference value (ΔE≤1) for Color PPF, and roll-by-roll heat insulation rate testing for window tint film—ensuring consistency between mass-produced products and samples.
Customized product packaging is supported: customer brand logos and warranty information are printed on PPF rolls; exclusive color cards and installation manuals are provided with Color PPF; window tint film is packaged in customer-customized cartons (marked with heat insulation parameters and certification logos). The logistics team delivers products accurately to customers’ warehouses or installation sites.

Breaking the limitations of traditional mass production, we provide small-batch customization for the three product categories to meet the needs of trial sales and niche markets:
Relying on sufficient raw material inventory (adequate reserves of Lubrizol TPU pellets and window tint film base materials), small-batch orders do not require waiting for raw material procurement: the customization cycle is shortened to 7-10 days for PPF, 10-12 days for Color PPF (non-special colors), and 8-9 days for window tint film—30% faster than the industry average. For example, if a customer urgently needs 200㎡ of matte black Color PPF for auto show vehicle modification, we can quickly produce and deliver it using existing base materials.
Even for small-batch orders, the full-process inspection is implemented: PPF undergoes puncture resistance testing; Color PPF undergoes UV aging testing (simulating 3 years of outdoor exposure); window tint film undergoes explosion-proof testing (withstanding 5kg steel ball impact). The R&D laboratory provides full support to avoid process simplification due to small order volume—for example, heat insulation rate test reports are also provided for small-batch window tint film, giving customers confidence in market launch.
